Secret Dinner

On December 11, 2012, we celebrated the holiday season with our first ever Secret Dinner. Arriving at the venue, members resounded with "wow!" as they viewed the scene from above while the symphonic group played Christmas music.  Alejandro More (GM, Carnaval Steakhouse) transformed this gallery into a "NY trendy" dining adventure for one night.  (more pics and a Shaw TV video)

On November 18, 2012, we enjoyed an excellent brunch at the Winnipeg Free Press News Cafe while listening to columnist Dan Lett discuss the decline of print media, and his views of the future for large and small media outlets.

R:ED Meeting - Car Sharing / Exchange Development

Beth McKechnie, Manager from Peg City Co-op introduced us to the car co-op concept as we relaxed in comfort at Brick's Fine Furniture.  Then Loretta Martin of CentreVenture held an open forum to uncover our needs and desires for the District.
