Startup Winnipeg is the new name for AssentWorks and RampUp Manitoba and has become the hub of a vibrant startup community in Winnipeg over the last four years.
The success and entrepreneurial energy from bringing together the brainpower and equipment, prompted the re-naming of part of Adelaide Street -- between William Avenue and McDermot Avenue -- to “Innovation Alley.”
This event will feature a tour of this entrepreneurial hub -- in the Exchange District -- which has more than $3 million in equipment such as 3D printers, laser cutters and a host of state-of-the art production equipment that can be accessed 24/7 by members.
