Guest Speaker
Our guest speaker will be Doug Forbes from the Canadian Condominium Institute – MB Chapter. He will have a short presentation about the issue of high condo taxes – the number one concern on our member survey.

Break-out Group Discussions
We will break into the following groups to plan what we can do in the next year:
o Taxes
o Attracting Businesses/Services
o Police / Safety
o City Services (graffiti, recycling, parking, lighting...)
o Social Functions
Mike Pagtakhan, our city councilor, will be joining us and participating in our discussions.
