N e w W a t e r f r o n t D e v e l o p m e n t s

There are 5 new projects for the Waterfront Drive area in various stages of development:

Sunstone Boutique Hotels plans to build a boutique hotel, and renovate the former Harbourmaster's building into a restaurant,
Sunstone also expects to break ground this summer on Phase II of Sky Waterfront Condominiums development,
M2 Engineering is building an 86-unit complex at the corner of Waterfront and George Avenue called H20 Lofts,
You Cube, Phase II by Green Seed Development Corp. at the corner of Waterfront and Heaton Avenue,
Green Seed is also developing a 35- to 40-unit apartment complex behind the You Cube development.

We will have representatives of each project tell us about their plans, show us some conceptual drawings and take some questions.
