Join us for a dining extravaganza, featuring a fixed-price, off-the-menu Italian dinner by acclaimed chef Darryl Crumb at the new Brooklynn's Bistro, winner of 4.5/5 stars by Marion Warhaft (review) of Winnipeg Free Press.   See article from Sunday's paper for more info. (map).

The meal will be a four course Italian-themed dinner. We have reserved the whole restaurant, so the menu, chef and servers will be focused on only R:ED members and your guests! 

Our menu:

• PRELIMINARE: Red chili infused lobster bisque, black garlic pesto and parmesan crostini
• PRIMI: Roasted beet and baby arugula salad with red wine citrus vinaigrette and crumbled goat cheese
• SECONDI: Braised lamb shank osso buco, Cinnamon, anise and orange infused tomato sauce with house made tagliatelle    OR  
  Roasted chicken supreme, with a cauliflower puree and puttenesca salad
• DOLCI: Fresh berry zabaglione;  coffee / tea
  

Wine will be matched to the 2nd and 3rd course and two glasses are included in the price. 

As this is our Christmas event, members are given a discount if you bring non-perishable food items for our annual Christmas hamper, or you are asked for a $5 hamper donation.

Member cost (including food and wine):
   $70 per person, with hamper contribution
   $75 per person, without hamper contribution
Taxes, gratuity and any extra food/drink items are at an additional cost.
